We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.    What this job involves - This is an entry level position supporting either dedicated account transaction management teams or brokerage (leasing) pursuits, as well as strategy, depending on assignment.  It focuses on building foundational transaction management, financial analysis and brokerage support skills, providing critical operational support, data management and coordination under close supervision with structured learning opportunities.  The ideal candidate will execute on the below job functions with a high level of quality and accuracy.  Prepare materials for existing assignments and provide operational support for transaction reporting, budgets and cash flow forecasts. Utilize sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools including macro-enabled financial models to run ad-hoc financial analysis.  Assist with the preparations of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits. Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for input into client deliverables and valuation models.  Read and review real estate documents (i.e. leases, operating expense statements, environmental and engineering reports, appraisals, etc.) and prepare abstract reports.  Point of contact for tracking, management, reporting.  Review and analyze client’s quantitative portfolio data, legal documents, and other material as part of project due diligence process.  Interact with clients on team calls or with other support staff; collaborate closely with senior team members on assigned tasks. Interested?    An ideal candidate should have the following desired experience and technical skills:   Required   Entry level (0-3 years) in commercial real estate  Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software  Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables  Excellent written and oral communication skills  Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners  Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload    Preferred   Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Related Field   Estimated total compensation for this position: 75,000.00 – 75,000.00 USD per year The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
