This position is designed for individuals who are ready to develop their leadership abilities while gaining practical experience in team coordination, daily operations, communication, and performance management. As a Trainee Leader, you will work closely with experienced team members and management while gradually taking on greater responsibilities. You will receive structured training and guidance designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities within the company.
