With our extensive range of services – covering everything from emergency roadside repairs to full-service preventative maintenance – we are the one-stop shop fleet operators can count on. Responsibilities What you will do: Perform accident repairs on trailers and heavy trucks (rails, panels, roofs, posts, doors, and floors) Handle collision and bodywork repairs including sanding, prepping, and refinishing Conduct DOT and preventative maintenance inspections on trailers (brakes, suspension, lighting, wiring, airbags, and more) Complete welding and fabrication tasks for structural and cosmetic repairs Assist with painting and refinishing as needed Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient, top-quality repairs Qualifications What you’ll bring: 4+ years of experience in  trailer Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, braking systems, suspension, and body structures Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, stick, or plasma cutting a plus) A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Must provide your own tools and have reliable transportation Overtime flexibility when needed Benefits Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience ( $25.00 – $30.00/hour ) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with a generous company match Monday–Friday schedule supporting work-life balance Work with experienced professionals in a clean, modern facility Supportive management and advancement opportunities Culture centered on integrity, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction Epika Fleet Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer, and is committed to providing employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, sex, age, color, national origin, ethnicity, creed, religion, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity and expression, marital status, pregnancy, or veteran status.
