Thermoforming Packer

Job Description Location: Fremont, OH Pay: $19.58/hour + $0.50/hour night shift premium Schedule: 12-hour, 2-2-3 straight night shift Join Amcor as a Thermoforming Packer and help support daily production by inspecting and packaging finished products for customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who works well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in quality, safety, and teamwork. What You’ll Do Inspect finished products for quality and visual defects Pack products according to customer and Amcor specifications Remove and replace damaged or non-standard parts Sort products as directed by supervisors or Quality Assurance Support machine changeovers and production setup Complete required product and quality checks Keep packing and production areas clean and organized Follow all safety, GMP, food-safety, and operating procedures What We’re Looking For Ability to perform basic math and computer functions Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled weekends Ability to stand for a 12.25-hour shift Ability to work in hot and cold manufacturing environments Benefits Medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, disability, and life insurance starting day one Dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match up to 8% Paid time off and holidays Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Why Amcor?
