Location Alexandria Job Description: Build Your Career at Gate City Bank Location: Alexandria Work Location Type: In-Office, Part-Time Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 1:00PM - Closing (6:15PM) Rotating Saturdays: 8:45AM - 12:15PM Pay: $17.75-$18.75 per hour Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Alexandria Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. How You’ll Make an Impact: ·         Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience. ·         Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs. ·         Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations. ·         Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards. What We’re Looking For: ·         High school diploma or equivalent. ·         1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred. ·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ·         Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others. Compensation & Perks: Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75 Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked! Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 15-19 per week scheduled for the hours of 1:00PM until 6:15 PM Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays, and 8:45 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays!
