We take pride in quality work, great customer service and treating our teammates with respect.  What You'll Do Perform maintenance, diagnosis and repairs according to Audi and dealership standards Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs Inspect vehicles and identify additional maintenance or repair needs Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and the Parts Department Properly document diagnosis and repairs Road-test vehicles as needed Maintain a clean, organized and professional work area Stay current on technical information, training and factory procedures Assist and mentor apprentice technicians when needed What We're Looking For 2–3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred Diagnostic or mainline technician experience ASE certification and/or automotive trade-school education preferred Audi, Volkswagen or German/European vehicle experience is a plus Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented Strong communication skills Willingness to learn and grow Audi experience is valuable, but the right technician, work ethic and attitude matter tremendously to us.
