Technical Solution Consultant

The Technical Solution Consultant partners with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to demonstrate how technology, automation, data, and AI can help organizations improve business outcomes. This role collaborates and advises with peers within the solution consulting organization, combines hands-on technical capability with business domain expertise and consultative skills, works to build and demonstrate working AI and automation solutions, and translate them into strategy, measurable value, and repeatable assets for the broader team. Operating within Koch's Principle Based Management™ (PBM) culture, the Principal Technical Solution Consultant acts as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, shapes the AI and automation roadmap for customer engagements, and develops the technical depth of the wider consulting organization while continuously creating value.
