We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US). Technical Project Manager (onsite @ San Diego, CA) Day to Day Responsibilities: Lead end to end planning, execution and delivery of technical projects ensuring alignment with business objectives  Plan and manage project delivery by tracking scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables  Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure activities are aligned and dependencies are addressed  Manage stakeholder communication through regular updates, meetings, and expectation management  Track project progress and performance using dashboards, reports, and key metrics  Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)  Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests  Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur  Help teams implement changes effectively  Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand  Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity  Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it  Minimum Requirements:  7+ years' experience in a Project Management with strong focus on technology delivery Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in Project Planning & Scheduling – Ability to create, manage, and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in Stakeholder Management, Risk & Issue Management Minimum 5+ yrs of experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum and waterfall methodologies Minimum 5+ yrs experience of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), APIs, integrations, and enterprise application architectures. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps etc. Familiarity with software development  Excellent communication and leadership skills  Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability  Outstanding organizational skills  Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field  Nice to have:  PMP/Scrum master certification is a plus  ADO skills  Minimum/Required skills:  7+ years' experience in a Project Management with strong focus on technology delivery Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in Project Planning & Scheduling – Ability to create, manage, and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $78,948.00 to $137,063.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
