Responsible for the quality, cost and delivery of consumer electronics products at contract manufacturing site in Asia. 2. Manage products and processes after the initial launch (New Product Introduction or NPI), ensuring ongoing production and quality. 3. Work closely with various teams like hardware development, legal, supply chain, manufacturing operations, quality, and sustaining teams to address issues and drive improvements. 4. Identify and resolve issues that arise during the sustaining phase, ensuring products and processes continue to meet customer needs and business objectives. 5. Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. 6. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. 7.
