Desired Qualifications For Team Building Keynote Speaker | Team Building  [R1ESC0018017] (R1ESC0018017) Candidates: Prior experience in corporate or education-based team facilitation. Certification in team dynamics, leadership, or group coaching (preferred). Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Education. 5+ years facilitating team building or leading group trainings. Knowledge of K–12 or higher education environments preferred.
