Talent Acquisition Manager

Overview:​​ The Talent Acquisition Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the Bank's talent acquisition function. This position leads and develops the recruiting team while remaining actively engaged in full-cycle recruiting for senior, executive, and other critical positions. The Talent Acquisition Manager partners with business leaders to develop talent strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce plans, serves as a trusted advisor on recruiting and compensation matters, and drives continuous improvement across the recruiting lifecycle.​ This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience, managing recruiting technology and external vendor relationships, monitoring recruiting metrics, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. The Talent Acquisition Manager also leads recruiting initiatives that support organizational growth, including mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic business initiatives.
