Sr. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). Key Responsibilities A. IAM Technical Strategy and Architecture Define and drive the technical roadmap for enterprise IAM platforms, integrations, and security capabilities. Provide technical leadership across IGA, PAM, Directory Services, PKI, UAM, and SSO/MFA. Review and validate solution architectures, technical designs, integration patterns, and implementation approaches. Establish technical standards, engineering best practices, security baselines, and reusable implementation patterns. Assess existing IAM architectures and identify opportunities to improve scalability, resilience, security, and operational efficiency. Guide platform modernization, technology upgrades, migrations, and integration initiatives. Ensure alignment with enterprise security architecture, zero-trust principles, least privilege, and identity governance requirements. B. Advanced Technical Troubleshooting and Escalation Management Act as the highest-level technical escalation point for complex IAM incidents and platform issues. Lead technical investigation and resolution of critical issues across identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, privileged access, certificate services, and directory infrastructure. Drive detailed RCA for recurring and high-impact incidents and ensure permanent corrective and preventive actions. Troubleshoot complex integrations involving APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and other identity protocols. Coordinate cross-platform troubleshooting with application, network, cloud, infrastructure, and vendor engineering teams. Review technical incident reports, identify systemic failure patterns, and implement preventive engineering solutions. Provide technical direction during major incidents, service restoration, and post-incident reviews. C. Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Provide technical oversight for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow) and SailPoint IdentityIQ environments. Lead technical design and troubleshooting of identity lifecycle workflows, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certifications, and application integrations. Guide application onboarding, connector configuration, identity correlation, aggregation, and provisioning rule development. Review access governance controls, role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and access review implementations. Troubleshoot workflow failures, connector issues, aggregation errors, provisioning failures, and identity data quality issues. Drive automation and integration improvements across IGA platforms and enterprise applications. D. Privileged Access Management (PAM) Provide technical leadership for CyberArk and other enterprise PAM platforms. Guide privileged account onboarding, credential vaulting, password rotation, reconciliation, and privileged session management. Troubleshoot complex issues involving Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, authentication, and platform integrations. Review privileged access architecture, security policies, onboarding standards, and credential management controls. Drive PAM automation, platform resilience, security hardening, and integration with enterprise infrastructure. Ensure technical solutions support least privilege, auditability, and secure administration. E. Directory Services and Hybrid Identity Provide technical oversight for Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services and Microsoft Entra ID integrations. Lead troubleshooting of domain controllers, DNS, Group Policy, replication, FSMO roles, trusts, Kerberos, LDAP, and authentication dependencies. Review directory architecture, privileged group security, delegation, service accounts, and domain controller hardening. Guide complex directory migrations, domain controller lifecycle activities, hybrid identity integration, and disaster recovery. Develop automation and proactive monitoring to improve directory health, reliability, and security. F. Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Provide engineering oversight for enterprise PKI, Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), and certificate management platforms. Guide certificate authority architecture, certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, trust chains, and certificate lifecycle management. Troubleshoot complex TLS/SSL, mutual TLS (mTLS), certificate enrollment, OCSP, CRL, and trust-chain issues. Review cryptographic standards, CA security, certificate templates, private-key protection, and key rollover procedures. Drive certificate lifecycle automation, expiry monitoring, CA resilience, and recovery readiness. G. SSO/MFA and Authentication Services Provide technical leadership for enterprise SSO, MFA, federation, and authentication platforms. Review and troubleshoot SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, conditional access, and application federation integrations. Lead investigation of authentication failures, token issues, federation errors, and application integration problems. Establish secure authentication patterns, integration standards, and reusable implementation approaches. Coordinate application onboarding, identity provider integrations, platform upgrades, and authentication security improvements. Transition and Transformation Lead technical discovery, current-state assessments, solution validation, and transition planning for IAM services. Define technical readiness criteria, dependencies, access requirements, knowledge-transfer plans, and operational acceptance checkpoints.
