Sys Config and Install Tech II

Responsible for testing multi-modality products prior to selling or demos. Updates and creates work instructions for the staging, testing and QC of X-Ray and UL Modalities. Troubleshoots systems with support from product engineers. Managers the Mobile and UL staging area, ensuring the area is clean, organized and tools are properly maintained. Performs QC on work completed by Technician I. Supports verification and validation activities by Engineering. Supports CAPAs by providing technical data to engineering for evaluation and analysis. Performs installation and repairs of tradeshow equipment. Conducts technical training; OJT of dealers and internal Service Engineers. Assists Technical Support with acquiring parts/materials for service events. Supports computer configuration by staging and performing QC.
