We continuously innovate in our methodology and tools to drive higher levels of accuracy and client confidence.  Once You Are Here, You Will:   • Effectively engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust  •Identify data needs for a given project, formulate the data request, and work with clients to obtain and model the data for analysis  • Complete detailed and quantitative analysis and clearly articulate findings and recommendations  • Conduct client interviews and document current supply chain state   • Concisely complete deliverable content as required for each client  • Present your analysis and findings to project and client leadership for acceptance and approval  • Maintain effective real-time and written interaction with clients   • Perform analytical work (Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.) and present recommendations via - PowerPoint/other formats to senior leadership team members  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships  Required Qualifications:    • Bachelor’s degree or college equivalent in industrial engineering, analytics, operations research, supply chain, science, technology, math, business, or related major.  • 2+ years working within in the supply chain industry supporting supply chain project initiatives   • 2+ years of experience in using quantitative methods and tools such as Excel to analyze supply chain decisions   • 1+ years of experience in analyzing large datasets using relational database tools such as MS Access and SQL   Preferred Skills:   • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or engineering graduate degree preferred.  • Experience delivering results as a part of a project team (preferably with a focus on supply chain network)  • Exposure to Coupa/LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, BlueYonder/JDA/i2 Supply Chain Strategist, and/or IBM/LogicTools LogicNet Plus, or similar supply chain modeling environments.  Ideal Mindset:   The ideal mindset of a Supply Chain Design Senior Consultant is that of a client focused collaborative leader who uses strategic vision, analytical rigor, a holistic approach, innovative thinking, and change management to drive results. This ethical leader has impeccable professional integrity and a passion for continuous learning.  Must reside in the US  Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $89,316-$155,063. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
