Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Field Operations Supervisor to lead and manage field crews supporting railroad derailment response, railcar repair, load adjustment and transfer, and track maintenance and construction projects. This position is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing professional service to railroad customers and regulatory stakeholders.
