Job Details Outpatient Services l Beavercreek l Full-time l Days Responsibilities & Requirements The Supervisor Sleep Medicine oversees the daily operations of the sleep center, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflow. This role provides clinical and administrative leadership to sleep technologists and staff, supporting a safe, patient-centered environment and adherence to accreditation standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep medicine or polysomnography. Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Must hold or obtain Ohio sleep technologist licensure prior to start date, in accordance with state law and organizational policy. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field. At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a sleep lab or related clinical setting.
