The acquisition brings a truckload brokerage and expanded transportation management solutions to Roadtex's customers while providing Echo with our national warehouse footprint and advanced temperature-controlled transportation solutions.  Position Overview : The office supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office staff.       Job Duties & Responsibilities: Supervising administrative staff, including office clerks     Supervising paperwork filing and imaging.      Supervising of office employees hours and time cards      intervening with and resolving personnel issues.      Insuring proper communication between a terminal and the CSR team     Required Skills: Microsoft 365  Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Customer service-oriented approach to their work Work environment/physical demands summary: This job operates in an office environment or remote and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
