Supervisor Laboratory Support

Job Description​ Do you have a passion for healthcare and a heart of service? Look no further than Saint Luke's! Saint Luke's South Hospital is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to join our comprehensive laboratory operations under the direction of the Laboratory Manager. M-F 0600-1430 (flexible and can vary upon staffing needs)  May be required to work night shift or weekend shift to maintain minimum staffing levels.  Oversees daily operations.  Establishes and monitors key metrics for accurate and timely work of staff. Makes operational decisions to facilitate optimal workflow and patient care services.  Serve as subject matter expert for clinical laboratory analysis and instrument operation. Hires, trains and supervises staff.  Manages scheduling and timekeeping for staff. Evaluates staff performance.  Maintains strong technical skills for area of oversight. Associate's degree required Phlebotomy certification is required within 6 months.  2-4 years of experience preferred Why Saint Luke’s?
