Compensation: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour [email protected] Job Closes: 10.01.2026 Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring effective team management  Oversee materials handling, including receiving, storing, and shipping products  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment  Operate forklifts and other equipment as necessary for daily operations  Ensure warehouse personnel are assigned to the appropriate work areas throughout the working day to meet deadlines for all processes  Monitor on an established basis, operations, procedures and employees to ensure quality, service and productivity objectives are met. Partner with Human Resources to recruit and hire new team members and address performance or any other personnel issues, including but not limited to corrective actions and terminations Assign tasks and monitoring employee performance Assist with training and development of new and existing employees in safety, proper work assignments, and job responsibilities Other duties as assigned Oversee safety and ensure the timely turnaround of schedules via using equipment and managing the operations colleagues Ensure colleague and personal safety by managing movements in the warehouse. Recruit, orient, plan, and train staff, and monitor and address employee performance. Enforce and ensure compliance with all established Triple S Steel policies, including Quality, Security, Safety, Health, Environmental, Attendance, and other relevant policies. Qualifications Education and Experience: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent 10 years steel production environment experience Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience Excellent Verbal communication skills are a must. Solid Computer, MS OFFICE Skills are a must. Strong Organization skills, and follow up skills are very practical.
