Minimum Qualifications: BS/BA +12 years of related experience with at least 4 years of experience acting in a leadership or practice-building capacity or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education PE Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required Preferred Qualifications: Extensive experience in substation engineering A passion for developing people and building strong teams Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience managing projects, clients, and technical teams A commitment to quality, safety, and client success PE in multiple states Don't meet every qualification?
