Position Overview The Studio Performance Manager will provide temporary, on-site operational leadership for open JETSET studios. Whether a studio is underperforming, experiencing leadership transitions, preparing for growth, or simply needs additional support, this individual partners directly with franchise owners and General Managers to identify opportunities, implement best practices, coach teams, and strengthen overall studio performance. Unlike a traditional General Manager, this role is not responsible for permanently operating one location. Instead, they travel throughout the network, serving as a performance coach, operational expert, and brand ambassador. This is a 6-month position with the potential to transition into a long-term opportunity based on business needs and performance.
