Studio Lead - Boerum Hill

Role Description JETSET Pilates Boerum Hill in Brooklyn is seeking numerous Studio Leads! The Studio Lead is a dynamic team member that provides exceptional service to clients, assists instructors, and creates a friendly and welcoming environment in studio. The position is responsible for assisting with opening duties, re-filling studio supplies and inventory, responding to client emails and phone calls, checking-in and checking-out clients, processing sales and retail transactions, maintaining an organized studio, staying up-to-date on all policies and prices, engaging with clients, and closing duties. The Studio Lead is a part-time to full-time position with shifts available in the morning, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
