Core Responsibilities :   Design and optimize factory layouts to enhance workflow and productivity   Ensure all designs comply with safety standards and regulations   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals   Analyze existing processes and material flow to optimize layouts   Continuously evaluate the performance of production layouts, implementing adjustments to enhance efficiency and address evolving challenges Play your part in our team succeeding   Join our dynamic team, where creativity meets efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that our manufacturing spaces are not only efficient but also innovative, supporting the introduction of new products and technologies .   Do you   have   what it takes?   Proficiency in AutoCAD software    Czech and English at a communicative level   Strong analytical skills for process evaluation   Experience in project management and planning   Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration   Problem-solving abilities with a creative approach   Nice-to-haves that will help you stand out:   Experience with Adobe and Microsoft software   Knowledge of industry-specific safety regulations   Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on opportunities   Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
