Student Worker - Esports

Job Summary To assist the Dean's office and Esports program with office duties. Principal Accountabilities Assist with daily operations of Dean's office and Esports Arena. Assist with maintaining organization of Esports Arena. Assist with filing, making copies, and processing of paperwork. Keep track of supplies. Assist with computer applications. Observe appropriate dress codes. Possess and demonstrates excellent telephone etiquette and provides superior customer service. Assist the department with student, staff/faculty, and community events. Report damage or theft to the supervisor immediately. Serve as a communication liaison between students and Esports staff. Maintain acceptable work standards. Effectively address questions or problems presented, or make appropriate referral. Respect confidentiality. Be friendly, cooperative, and appreciative to other personnel. Act professionally and as a Esports representative. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public. Other duties as assigned.
