KPFF is seeking a Structural Engineering Team Leader to help grow our presence in Madison, WI. What You’ll Do Help expand KPFF’s presence in the Madison, WI market Bring an entrepreneurial mindset while leveraging the support, mentorship, and resources of an established, employee-owned firm Play a key role in building something meaningful from the ground up in an emerging market Grow on your existing and establish new client relationships and position KPFF as a trusted engineering partner in the region Contribute to both local community impact and nationally recognized engineering work Mentor and support the growth of future engineers and team members Collaborate with engineers across KPFF’s national network on technically challenging nationwide projects Help shape the future direction, culture, and growth of the Madison office Professional Background To be successful in this role, you will bring: Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred) OR Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering Has a personal brand in the A/E/C community and wants to leverage this to create something special, scalable, and perpetual. 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience Have demonstrated laudable management experience leading teams larger than 5 people Design experience across a wide range of materials, project phases, and sectors A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and growth We Also Have Some Pretty Sweet Benefits!
