Strategic Projects Specialist

Essential Function The Strategic Projects Specialist is the operational backbone for New Western’s highest-priority, transformational initiatives as both scale from pilot into full national rollout. You’ll own field communications, reporting, and tracker upkeep across every market these programs touch, turning fast-moving data into clear, actionable updates for the field.  This is a true entry point into real estate operations for someone early in their career. You’ll work alongside the Manager of Strategic Projects, get hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing real estate marketplace runs at the ground level, and build the track record to take on more. #LI-MK3 Why This Role This is a rare and impactful opportunity for someone early in their career: you’ll get a front-row view of how the nation’s largest homebuyer scales two flagship programs across dozens of markets.
