The Staffing Assistant supports the overall including high-quality service delivery, client relationship management, and caregiver recruitment, development, and retention. The Staffing Assistant will help ensure all referrals are consistent and high-quality. Also keeping track of the caregiver records. Minimum qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills. Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurately in system. Excellent phone etiquette. Preferred One year of experience in health care.
