Work Authorization: H1b/US Citizen/Green Card/ Visa Our client is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and they offer a diverse array of innovative medical technologies As our Staff Engineer, you will: Set direction and manage engineers within the scope of assigned projects. Establish and train engineers on prototype techniques, test protocol requirements, and execution of required testing for design verification and validation master plan completion. Utilize and manage Design Controls as the division DPO. Mentor engineers in best practices, industry trends, and other engineering skills. Expert knowledge in ASTM implant testing requirements, analysis, and industry standard practices for instrument testing. Your Compensation: Base: $165K Bonus: $15K Let’s jump on a quick call if: You hold a 4 year degree. You have more than 10 years of product design experience. You have more than 5 years of experience in the medical device industry. You have strong experience with the parametric CAD package or ProE. You have good Project management skills.
