This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with customer and organizational standards. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of software applications, services, and APIs to support mission and business requirements. Translate functional and technical requirements into well-architected solutions. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code using [primary languages/frameworks, e.g., C#, .NET, Java, Spring, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular]. Participate in and often lead technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews. Implement and maintain automated testing (unit, integration) and support CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance requirements, including any applicable government or customer standards. Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and QA to deliver features on schedule and within scope. Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical growth. Contribute to technical documentation (design docs, architecture diagrams, runbooks). Support deployments and operations in [cloud/on-prem/hybrid] environments, collaborating with DevOps and infrastructure teams. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Technology Environment: Languages and Frameworks: C#, JavaScript, .NET MVC, Angular Database: Oracle (PL-SQL), Toad SQL Editor Version Control: Azure DevOps Server 2022, Visual Studio 2026 Additional Technologies: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure. Required Qualifications: Must be a US citizen. Must be able to achieve a NACLC clearance. Location: Northeast Philadelphia. You will be required to be on site at client facility each Wednesday. This on-site requirement could increase at the government’s discretion. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline. Minimum 3 years of related experience. Foundational knowledge of object-oriented software language (e.g., C#, Java) Familiarity with web-based applications development concepts. A strong aptitude to learn and grow in the areas of automation, cloud computing, and DevSecOps. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with C#, .NET MVC and/or Angular. Exposure to version control systems like TFS, Visual Studio, Git. Prior experience in a DoD or government contracting environment. The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
