A leading provider of core components for global car manufacturers, VS Company is supporting the emerging trend of the vehicle industry. As a Sr. SCM Analyst, you will: Strategic Planning & Inventory Optimization •Manage the inbound logistics process from manufacturing site delivery through warehouse receipt to improve inventory efficiency and logistics performance. •Monitor, analyze, and present KPIs including Lead Time (L/T), Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), and month-end forecast status. •Lead daily inventory reconciliation across all sub-inventories, investigate discrepancies, and implement preventive measures to maintain data integrity. Warehouse Operations & Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Warehouse •Own the end-to-end inbound logistics flow from manufacturing site delivery through warehouse receipt, driving continuous improvement in inventory efficiency and logistics performance metrics. •Release daily shipping orders to 3PL warehouses based on OEM demand and perform stringent shipping controls, ensuring timely delivery in line with customer JIT requirements. •Verify Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN) and manage warehouse costs by reviewing 3PL KPIs, identifying performance gaps, and driving corrective actions to reduce expenses and improve service quality. •Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across warehouse and logistics operations to enhance consistency and operational efficiency. Customs & Tariff Management •Monitor and interpret rapidly changing customs policies, tariffs, and trade regulations; develop and implement proactive strategic response plans to minimize supply chain disruption and cost exposure. •Administer duty drawback claims, Post Summary Correction (PSC) processes, and customs protests. •Oversee transportation and packaging standards to optimize cost and compliance. Data Analytics, Reporting & Process Improvement •Quickly diagnose and resolve logistics supply chain issues as they arise; identify root causes and propose corrective solutions within tight turnaround windows. •Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to inform strategic planning; present findings as comprehensive reports. •Convene cross-functional task forces for new or recurring operational requests; design and standardize processes, implement action plans, and eliminate recurring inefficiencies through measurable workflow improvements. •Drive initiatives to streamline operations, reduce lead times, and implement scalable solutions for data integration and process standardization. Cross-Functional Collaboration •Proactively coordinate with HQ and manufacturing subsidiaries to align logistics strategies and resolve cross-entity operational issues; serve as the primary liaison on supply chain matters. •Partner closely with all other teams and departments to strengthen operational management, resolve issues, and optimize service delivery. •Create and implement long-term supply chain management strategies that drive resilience, agility, and overall business performance. -Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • 5 years of progressive work experience in Supply Chain Management • Maintain regular on-site attendance at the designated work location (in office, at customer site, etc.). • Conduct work activities and/or attend occasional meetings after regular business hours when necessary. • Maintain respectful work-related interactions and communications at all times. • Adhere to all established company policies and procedures, work rules, and code of conduct. Preferred: • Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with OEM and Tier-1 supply chain management • Advanced ability to interpret complex data sets using Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP/MRP systems, translating findings into strategic recommendations for leadership. • Deep working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management, and international trade compliance (CBP, Duty Drawback). • Proven track record of working as a supply chain planner to ensure inventory readiness and accurate forecasting. • Highly organized and detail-focused, with exceptional skills in process documentation and written/verbal communications. • Demonstrated ability to solve complex customer and supplier issues, including managing high-volume discrepancies and executing crisis mitigation plans. • Proven experience in tracking results and reporting to management while working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
