Sr Product Manager of Integrations

KarmaCheck is the leader in modern background checks and screenings for the staffing industry, pushing the boundaries of workflow automation. Our customers work in ATS, VMS, and HRIS platforms which utilize our integrations and API to run screening, verification, and credentialing workflows without switching systems. We are building an AI workforce: agents that automate the compliance workflows our customers run. Those products reach their full value when they show up inside the systems our customers already use. Building an agent in our own dashboard is the first half of the work. Getting it into Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, Workday, or a customer's proprietary system is the unlock. This role owns that unlock, alongside additional workflow automation development, and the day-to-day integration products our customers depend on. The ideal hire can commit to working Eastern Time (EST).
