As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing & Community to lead key strategies and programs across our growing creator ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep experience in influencer marketing who understands how to build meaningful creator relationships and translate broader brand and business priorities into thoughtful creator strategies. In this senior-level role, you’ll lead major priorities across organic influencer marketing, gifting, creator affiliate, partnerships, community and key brand moments. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape creator strategies, lead complex programs and develop the team as rhode continues to grow globally. The base salary range for this role is listed above.  Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
