SUMMARY   The Special Assistant plays a strategic role in overseeing complex projects and initiatives, providing high-level technical guidance, and shaping policy and program development. Engages in proactive risk analysis, delivering comprehensive strategies to fortify public health frameworks and outcomes.  Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. serves as a holding company with multiple subsidiaries engaged in several lines of business (Business Services, Health, Infrastructure and Engineering, Mission Optimization, Technology and Transportation) for the federal government and commercial enterprises. Other duties may be assigned.  Oversees and guides complex data analysis projects, offering expert recommendations.  Leads development of strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement efforts.  Innovates policy development, providing high-level technical assistance and strategic insights.  Spearheads coordination and planning of large-scale conferences and international collaborations.  Mentors junior analysts in data collection techniques and analytical methods.  Delivers polished presentations and comprehensive briefing memos for executive leaders.  Leverages expert-level skills in Microsoft Office for strategic data management and dissemination.  Uses sophisticated problem-solving abilities to address challenges in public health initiatives.  Collaborates with executive leadership to inform decision-making processes and policy development.  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE   Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and a minimum of four to seven (4-7) years in a public health setting, or equivalent combination of education/experience.    PHYSICAL DEMANDS   The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform successfully the essential functions of this job.
