RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Spanish Language Specialist | Language and Cultural Education [ARMY027032] Deliver Spanish language instruction to service members.  Create lesson plans and POIs to address militaryspecific language needs.  Facilitate immersive language training, incorporating both language skills and cultural context.  Evaluate language proficiency and track progress with DLPT Desired Qualifications For Spanish Language Specialist | Language and Cultural Education [ARMY027032] ( ARMY027032 ) Candidates: Native or nearnative fluency in Spanish.  Strong understanding of Second Language Acquisition (SLA) and adult learning strategies. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of language instruction experience, with preference for military language programs. Skills Required Fluency in Spanish with a strong grasp of grammar and usage.  Strong understanding of military terminology and cultural context.  Ability to adapt teaching methods to military need Competencies Required Excellent oral and written communication skills.
