Solution Delivery Manager

As a Senior Solution Delivery Manager (SDM), you will be essential to the successful growth of our Professional Services business. You will partner with our Sales team to position best-fit solutions from our Professional Services teams. This role gives you challenging opportunities to help clients design, build and deploy agentic applications on the OutSystems platform. You will leverage AI with high-performing global teams and with our partner ecosystem to solve interesting and innovative challenges across a wide range of companies and industries. As a Sr. SDM, you will help enable customers and partners to take advantage of the OutSystems agentic systems platform to accelerate change and transform their businesses. We need an AI experienced high-performer to be the cornerstone of this team as we move forward. Responsibilities ● Partner with the Sales Team and our partner ecosystems to understand the customer's business goals, process challenges, and functional requirements ● Leverage AI to lead the scoping, sizing, estimating, and proposing for OutSystems professional services engagements ● Create Statements of Work for professional service engagements and execute sales order process ● Provide management oversight of professional service engagements you sell ● Own the customer’s adoption journey from the pre-sales stage through Time to First Value (TTFV) and ultimately the go-live date ● Grow the regional services pipeline and drive consumption of the services backlog ● Provide regular forecasts of services bookings and services revenue ● Manage a large portfolio of customers and projects that vary in use-case, industry and size while acting as a key player in add-on services and renewals ● Be innovative, make a positive impact and advocate the company culture on each interaction with your team, the company and our customers ● Identify and develop delivery partners and create joint value proposals for customers ● Comfortable leading business and technical discovery sessions, scoping, and providing accurate estimates for the cost of delivery to define a statement of work ● Exceed Services Sales quotas Salary Determination: Our salary range is based on industry standards, company performance, and market conditions. In determining salary ranges, we consider factors such as: Market Research: Industry reports, salary surveys, and online salary databases Company Performance: Financial performance, revenue growth, and budget allocation Job Requirements: Skills, experience, and qualifications necessary for the role Geographic Location: Cost of living, market conditions, and industry standards in our region $131,750 - $160,435 Base Salary Requirements ● 5 years + of experience in a customer facing role related to software implementations (including positioning services and solutions into various verticals) ● AI knowledge and application experience ● 3yrs + experience in understanding and communicating complex business and technical subjects to Management and Technical audiences ● 3yrs + experience in a Professional Services role with a strong track record of consistently delivering projects ● 2yrs + success growing service bookings and accurately forecasting services revenue ● Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)  Preferred ● Entrepreneurial mindset ● Action-oriented with a result-driven attitude to drive successful engagements ● Ability to work across geographies and cultures ● Intellectual curiosity ● Sense of humor ● PMP, PCI-ACP and SCM  We’re big on mentoring, if we see a spark, infectious enthusiasm, a growth mindset, examples of radical perseverance, success in the face of adversity or some combination of these, you might be the next OutSystems’ Sr. SDM.
