Software Engineering Manager (Java + Angular)

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys staying close to the code while having a broader impact through architecture, technical standards, and team development. You’ll work closely with product and engineering stakeholders to turn complex requirements into well-structured solutions, anticipate technical risks, and create an environment where engineers can deliver high-quality software consistently. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with leadership and communication skills, can make pragmatic architectural decisions, and is comfortable shaping how a team adopts emerging technologies—including AI-assisted development.
