To Provide and/or support facility specific simulator training. This training will focus on the following activities: DUTIES: Implementation of facility Technical Specification Requirements (TSRs) to include entry into and exit from Limiting Conditions for Operation (LCO). Bases of TSRs Implementation of Surveillance Requirements (SRs) to include grace periods and actions taken on failing to meet SR acceptance criteria. Development of simulator Initial Conditions (ICs) to support the training above. Abnormal and emergency facility operations. Normal facility operations. U.S.Citizen Accredited High School diploma and 15 years of experience in a nuclear/chemical facility environment. Previous full scope control room simulator training experience. Knowledge and experience developing and implementing abnormal and normal operations simulator training scenarios. Knowledge and experience of the use of a Systems Approach to Training. Knowledge of DOE O 426.2 training and qualification requirements for Operations and Technical support personnel. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Previous qualifications in DWPF Operations and/or Technical Support positions. Previous experience developing/implementing training using the Defense Waste Processing Facility control room simulator. WORK HOURS: A 40-hour work week is scheduled. Position will be on a 4/10 schedule (10 hr. per day, four days per week). Some work may be required occasionally on back shifts due to simulator availability. Work week excludes SRS holidays. Each work day has a 30-minute lunch. AREA SECURITY ACCESS: A security clearance is not required.
