Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerk

Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment Creates required shipping documents and ensures documents are correct Assists with a daily review of scheduled shipments and coordinates with Operations Manager to effectively schedule order shipments Records shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability Receives and unpacks materials and supplies. Reports damages and inventory discrepancies Conducts daily inventory cycle counts and assists in COGI and PA clean up as needed. Assists doing Year-End physical inventory Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations Documents and maintains inventory to ensures production are organization and clean Ensures the safety policies are followed throughout the warehouse Work experience : 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent Other: Ability to deal with confrontational situations in a  positive manner Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across the organization Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain business relationships Ability to communication effectively both orally and in writing Proficiency in the use of personal computers Excellent and demonstrated organizational skills, ability to multi-task and operate efficiently despite frequent interruptions Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) RF scanners MS Office products Ability to use copiers and document scanners Forklift operator license Step into a company where innovation, agility, and energy fuel everything we do.
