Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities: Provide information to lead operators for orders to be filled and   shipped   also provide status of incoming shipments to production / maintenance /   purchasing   personnel.   Provide all   accurate   documents for shipping and receiving procedures.    Coordinate all incoming shipments, verify accuracy, receive   it   in the computer system   accordingly   and communicate receipt to appropriate personnel .       Responsible for entering   accurate   data in   ERP   system used for daily/weekly/monthly reports and reconciliation.   Obtain freight quotes from carriers (domestic) and brokers/steamship companies for export. Qualifications: High school degree is   required .   Associate’s   degree   in a related field preferred.    Warehouse or   logistics   experience   required .    Good communication   and leadership skills   required .    Prior experience in   an   administrative role within a shipping/receiving/ logistics   department   is   strongly   preferred.     $55,000 USD ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
