About the Role Cipher Digital is hiring a Business Analyst to support our IT organization as we continue to roll out and mature enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow. This role is a generalist business analyst position — the core skill set is requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation. Exposure to ServiceNow is a plus, but deep platform expertise is not required. Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements Document, and write clear user stories/requirements for the development team Align stakeholders on process design before build Facilitate workshops and demos to build stakeholder consensus Support UAT, training, and adoption for new rollouts Act as a liaison between business teams and technical/implementation teams Skills & Experience 5+ years of solid business analysis experience across any platform or domain Strong requirements-gathering and process-mapping skills Experience translating business needs into functional specs or user stories Strong facilitation skills — comfortable running workshops with non-technical stakeholders Strong coordination skills — able to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and moving pieces at once Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exposure to ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms a plus Background in change management or user adoption/training a plus Location: Denver Metro Area.
