We have partnered on this initiative with a client specializing in the development and manufacturing of medical devices and technologies aimed at improving patient outcomes worldwide for over 8 years and we keep growing. Key Responsibilities : Configure and maintain ServiceMax solutions to support field service operations. Build and manage SFM processes, SFM Wizards, and ServiceMax Go App. Work on Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhancements and fixes. Manage Code Snippets to support business logic. Own production support, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues promptly to minimize business impact. Collaborate with stakeholders on deployments, testing, and post-release stability. This is a hybrid role and will require three days per week in the office. Hiring locations: Chesterbrook & Orlando What you need : Minimum of 2 yeas of hands-on experience with SFM, SFM Wizards, ServiceMax Go App, and Code Snippets including strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in Apex, Triggers, LWC & SFMs Minimum 5 years of experience in Anypoint Platform MuleSoft Development (Hands-On) Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)  Bonus points if you have: Proven ability to handle production incidents calmly and efficiently under pressure Sharp analytical skills with a strong root cause analysis mindset Excellent communicator who works well with both technical and business teams Reliable and self-driven in fast-paced, high-stakes environments Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Good to Have ServiceMax Core Certified Administrator Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
