About the Opportunity Job Type: Permanent Application Deadline: 30 October 2026 Job Description Title                 SENIOR TECHNICAL MANAGER WEB, API AND MOBILE Department       IT Delivery Location          Frankfurt am Main/Kronberg Reports To       Team Lead Web, API & Mobile Level                Senior Manager About your team About your team The IT Web and Mobile team is responsible for the maintenance of mission critical applications and infrastructure forming the web and mobile footprint of FIL Fondsbank GmbH (FFB). About your role A successful candidate is expected to interact closely with internal application development teams as well as with all business units within the company. The teams main task is analysis and triage of potential technical issues of our inhouse developed trading application and mobile app. In your role as a Technical Specialist you will be responsible for Incident- and problem-management with focus on the FFB frontend platform and the recently re-engineered FFB mobile app as a vital part of our daily work. The day to day business (RTB) comprise working with internal and external parties like independent financial advisors, self-directed end investors, FFB/FIL stakeholder as well as with third party providers to meet customer demands and expectations. As 2nd level application support for the FFB trading platform and its API interfaces, the team is also responsible for providing information on technical enquiries from the financial market environment.
