Contribute technical expertise and strategic insights to strengthen proposals and secure new business opportunities.  Optimize Staffing and Program Management:  Manage staffing levels across multiple programs to ensure alignment with project schedules and resource requirements. Utilize earned value management techniques to monitor and enhance program performance and profitability.  Ensure Compliance and Process Adherence:  Uphold Collins' standards and procedures, ensuring all engineering activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
