This is a hands-on, in-shop service center role for an experienced technician who enjoys troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding industrial equipment in a collaborative environment. Perform electrical testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions. Conduct Testing & Quality Checks Perform operational testing after repairs to ensure equipment meets performance standards. Verify quality and reliability before equipment is returned to customers. Support Service Operations Review repair orders and document findings. Assist with parts identification and inventory activities. Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation. Promote Safety & Continuous Improvement Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements. Keep work areas organized and maintain shop equipment. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications ✔ Strong electrical troubleshooting experience ✔ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams ✔ Mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience ✔ Experience using electrical testing equipment and shop tools ✔ High School Diploma or GED ✔ Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Diesel engine experience ⭐ Experience with pumps, motors, controls, or rotating equipment ⭐ Industrial maintenance or service center background ⭐ Technical school education or equivalent experience ⭐ Water or wastewater industry experience The Ideal Candidate You're someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. You have a strong electrical background and are comfortable diagnosing complex equipment issues in a fast-paced shop environment.
