The Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will develop and execute strategies to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality Flexers across U.S. markets. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment. You will be a consultative partner to internal stakeholders, using market insight, recruitment data, AI interviews, and modern recruiting technology to build reliable worker pipelines for high-volume operational needs.
You will help determine whether a hiring challenge is driven by candidate volume, market conditions, pay, scheduling, onboarding friction, role requirements, client expectations, or worker experience. You will use that judgment to recommend the right recruitment approach, improve candidate conversion, and protect quality as the business scales.
This role requires autonomy, strong operational judgment, inclusive candidate communication, and confidence using AI-enabled recruiting workflows. You will help refine AI interview processes, improve screening criteria, and make sure automation supports better hiring decisions rather than replacing human judgment.

Partner with Client Success, Revenue, Operations, Product, Support, and recruitment leadership to align recruiting activity with upcoming demand, client launches, peak planning, and market risks.
AI Interviewing and Recruiting Technology

Partner with operational and product stakeholders to refine AI-enabled hiring workflows so automation improves speed, consistency, quality, and candidate experience.
Hiring Events, Worker Coaching, and Upskilling
Lead high-volume hiring events, including event preparation, candidate flow, stakeholder coordination, post-event follow-up, and conversion analysis.
Lead worker coaching, app-education, and upskill sessions that help Flexers understand the platform, complete next steps, meet role expectations, and succeed on shift.
Support community outreach and in-market recruiting efforts that create stronger local pipelines and improve access for candidates.
Quality, Data, and Continuous Improvement
Assess candidates against role requirements, safety and compliance expectations, prior worker history, client standards, and post-hire quality signals.
Deliver clear, respectful, and accessible communication so candidates understand pay, schedule, onboarding steps, role expectations, site requirements, and next steps.
Use recruitment metrics, market trends, Salesforce, Slack, dashboards, and reporting tools to track pipeline health, conversion, hiring-event performance, and quality outcomes.
Improve recruiting playbooks, templates, AI interview flows, support handoffs, candidate communications, and operational feedback loops.
