Perform constructability and biddability reviews on underground packages, track comment resolution to closure, and support bid-phase addenda, bidder questions, and bid evaluation. Oversee the designer of record and the contractor on excavation sequencing, ground support, and settlement control commitments, and hold them to scope, criteria, and schedule. Evaluate change proposals, design change notices, and requests for information for technical merit, cost, and schedule impact, and prepare recommendations. Monitor geotechnical instrumentation and settlement data against established thresholds and coordinate response when readings approach action levels. Verify installed work and submitted quantities against approved documents, and support resolution of nonconformances.
