We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Project Engineer to lead the development and execution of aircraft interior programs, with a focus on monuments and complex cabin structures. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys cross-functional coordination, and is committed to delivering high-quality, certifiable aerospace products. What You Will Do: Lead end‑to‑end development programs for aircraft interior components, from concept through certification and delivery. Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams, supply chain, manufacturing, and program management to drive technical alignment and on-time execution. Serve as the technical point of contact for customer interactions, design reviews, and engineering decisions. Support or lead work transfer activities, including planning, technical documentation readiness, coordination with receiving sites, and ensuring seamless knowledge and responsibility transitions. Oversee integration of aircraft interiors monuments such as galleys, lavatories, partitions, and other cabin furnishing structures. Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes, design standards, and development methods. Qualifications You Must Have:  Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience Proven experience leading engineering or development programs. Strong understanding of aircraft interiors monuments, materials, manufacturing processes, and certification considerations. Familiarity with program execution tools such as schedules, risk registers, and requirements management systems. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications We Prefer: Experience with work transfer planning or execution (domestic or international). Knowledge of FAA/EASA certification processes for interiors. Previous experience in cabin interiors manufacturing or product development environments.
