Identify recurring operational friction and work with engineering teams to improve reliability, observability, documentation, and support processes. Release Tools, Documentation, and AI Enablement  Define and build tools, dashboards, workflows, and internal services that improve release visibility, partner readiness, and operational coordination. Develop documentation and communication tooling that helps teams produce consistent, versioned, searchable partner content. Apply AI-assisted workflows to release analysis, change-impact assessment, release-note generation, incident summaries, and partner communications while preserving review and approval controls. Use structured data, APIs, tool calling, and auditable workflows to connect release systems, issue trackers, documentation, monitoring, and partner-facing surfaces. Measure the effectiveness of release processes and tools, using partner feedback and operational data to guide continuous improvement. Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical release management, platform operations, technical program management, or a closely related discipline. Experience coordinating software or API releases across multiple engineering teams and external customers, partners, or developers. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, release controls, incident response, versioning, and backward compatibility. Ability to investigate technical issues across APIs, cloud services, integrations, environments, and deployment workflows well enough to coordinate effective resolution. Experience creating technical documentation, release notes, readiness plans, change communications, or operational runbooks. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical changes and risk clearly to different audiences.
