We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.    Overview: This NYC-based Sales Enablement team supports JLL's leasing brokers in winning new business by: Partnering with sellers to shape the story, build content, and translate key themes into engaging visual narratives Project managing proposals and pitches — presentations, pitches, interviews, and more Operating as the team's platform experts, identifying and enforcing best practices across pursuits Responsibilities Technical Skills Develops and leads strategy for winning pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations Executes pursuits end to end — securing the right resources, meeting deadlines, and holding quality control to the highest standard Runs due diligence and competitive analysis for new and existing pursuits, including research, analytics, and data collection Tracks industry trends and competitive activity, and translates them into pursuit strategy Maintains the team's library of pitches, marketing collateral, case studies, broker bios, and practice-area material Continuously finds new ways to improve pitch and proposal quality AI & Innovation: proven ability to implement and continuously optimize work product — deliverables, presentations, systems, and processes — using current technology Tracks, measures, and reports performance metrics — win rate, trends, insights — across all BD activity Maintains deep working knowledge of JLL's teams, subject-matter experts, and service line offerings Drives technology adoption across the team Partners closely with leadership, operations, research, marketing, graphic design, communications, and technology Owns and scales standard operating processes so the team can absorb growing workflow demand Comfortable with light design work in PowerPoint and InDesign Interpersonal Competencies Composure and professionalism under pressure Ability to operate across a large, matrixed group of stakeholders simultaneously Demonstrated leadership presence and behaviors Coaches, trains, and develops team members Drives continuous process improvement Takes a proactive approach when faced with challenges High energy, creativity, and a bias toward value-add results Experience Bachelor's degree or higher 7+ years of relevant experience (real estate, architecture, construction, engineering, consulting, legal, or a comparably fast-paced, client-facing environment) This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 140,000.00 – 165,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
