As the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations , you will help drive operational excellence, technology enablement, and scalable business practices across our global commercial organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Revenue Operations, you’ll partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to improve processes, optimize commercial systems and tools, strengthen data and reporting, and translate business needs into actionable solutions. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with the opportunity to influence how Revenue Operations evolves as a strategic business partner. As a senior leader within the function, you’ll also help develop talent, establish effective operating practices, and build organizational capabilities that support long-term growth. We’re looking for someone who brings a customer-first mindset, works effectively across teams, and is motivated to solve complex challenges, raise the bar on how we operate, and get things done. This is a hybrid role based in Rosemont, IL, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office collaboration days Tuesday through Thursday. #LI-Hybrid As our Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations, you will: Lead Revenue Operations initiatives that improve commercial effectiveness, scalability, and business performance. Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. Drive adoption and optimization of key commercial systems, tools, and technologies. Translate business needs into actionable priorities, roadmaps, and solutions. Develop reporting, insights, and performance metrics that support decision-making and business outcomes. Lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization. Establish governance, operating rhythms, and best practices that support business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing data-driven recommendations and operational expertise. Develop talent, strengthen team capabilities, and help build a scalable Revenue Operations function positioned for future growth. What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Systems, or a related discipline. Experience supporting global commercial organizations and in a B2B manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similarly complex environment preferred. Experience leading operational improvement, technology enablement, or business transformation initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills. Experience with Salesforce and commercial technology platforms preferred. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a matrixed environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience coaching, developing, or leading team members and building organizational capability. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $149,400 - $182,500 annually.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength’s annual Manager Incentive Plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
